Introduction

This document describes a vision of how the comapny will look as we grow. It is designed to help us attain our work/life goals and to remind us that even when the times get tough we have a goal to keep us going.  

Contractor/subcontractors

We do not have employees in our company, but we do have the ability to hire subcontractors to help when the work load increases. The subcontractors will be expected to be trustworthy, hardworking, and dependable with a clear understanding of our company goals.  

Culture and Climate

Our owner believes that an environment rich in positive management techniques will be the key to success. Everyone involved with the company should be given the propert training and development opportunities. Everyone who wants one has a career path in TPFS. 

Work Practices

Flexibility is a given at this company, and a job here is considered to be a group of tasks rather than a place one goes to work. Flexibility is the key to a happy staff. Our company is comprised of individuals that are self motivated and have no problem completing tasks in a timely manner.

Company and Community

Our company strongly agrees that our business should contribute to our community and intends to make donations to various charitable organizations in the local area. All subcontractors are encouraged to volunteer in community organizations.
